ArcAir is an application designed for Hamilton Arc sensors, offering the capability for online monitoring and visualization of various parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, CO2, cell density, conductivity, and ORP sensors used in biotechnological processes. The application facilitates wireless communication with up to 100 Arc sensors simultaneously, allowing seamless integration with process control systems via the Arc Wi Bluetooth adapter. This connection can be established between the VP head of an Arc sensor and the sensor cable or by utilizing sensors with built-in Bluetooth functionality.

Moreover, Hamilton's ArcAir application provides essential features such as comprehensive reporting, centralized data management for users, and validation reports for sensor calibration, verification, configuration, and communication (excluding VCD sensors). Noteworthy is the inclusion of electronic signatures in the reports, promoting a paperless workflow. These functionalities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines such as FDA CFR21 Part 11 or Eudralex Volume 4 Annex 11.
